The Minnesota Endo Warriors continue to monitor the constantly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and we are committed to staying on top of the latest updates provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health. As always, the health and safety of our warriors and community remains our #1 priority.

Currently all events for March 28, 2020; including the Endo Brunch, Endo Fair and Endo March remain scheduled as planned. As you may know our event is held at the Minnesota State Capitol and if instructed by the state of Minnesota and/or the federal government to postpone or cancel our event we will. If this were to happen, we will notify you immediately.

Due to the in-person and large scale nature of the event, the following adjustments have been made to ensure effective health precautions are being taken:

  • Working with venue staff and outside vendors to maintain frequent cleaning of all event venue common areas

  • Adding hand-sanitizing stations to our march event site

  • Promoting healthy hygiene practices throughout the event, inclusive of set up and breakdown of the event

We urge you to use your best judgement as it relates to your health and consider the health of those around you. If you have reservations about attending, have recently traveled to any of the areas listed as quarantine concerns, or just feel sick or unwell, we encourage you to stay home. We have an option for those who wish to march virtually due to this year’s circumstances. If you’d like to participate virtually please register as a virtual marcher here.

The situation with COVID-19 is a new and unpredictable situation and was not something we expected to encounter when planning this year’s events. Our team remains committed to remaining transparent, providing timely updates and working with our attendees, sponsors and supporters to make sure our events are meaningful, generate endometriosis awareness and provide support and community to all those in attendance — whether that be in-person or remotely.

If you have questions please email us at contact@mnendowarriors.org.

Please note: Our board is made up of 100% volunteers and are doing our best to manage the influx of event-related inquiries we are receiving. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response  — we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Sincerely,
Britt Thelemann Pangerl
